American Clinical Hypnotists Association (A-CHA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and training of hypnotherapists, support for our communities, and in community times of distress, a network of professional hypnotists to help others.
We are not a tax exempt organization at this time, so any donations will be put back into the community to support Veterans, our community, and struggling populations in our state.About Colleen Hitchcock, BCH, CCHt, CI
A-CHA is founded by Colleen Hitchcock, Board Certified Hypnotist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist & NGH Certified Instructor. She is the owner of Scottsdale Hypnosis and Scottsdale Hypnosis Institute.
Colleen Hitchcock is a Board Certified Hypnotist (BCH), Certified Instructor (CI), and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), and is a graduate of Minnesota State University.
She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt) and member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), a Board Certified Hypnotist (BCH) and Certified Instructor (CI) and member of National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), a Certified member of International Medical & Dental Hypnotist Association (IMDHA), a Certified member of the Arizona Society of Professional Hypnotists (ASPH) and a Smoking Cessation Specialist (SCS). She is also Certified as a Sheila Granger's Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotist and a Sexual Freedom Hypnotist.
Hitchcock is a Simon Schuster author, a publisher, and entrepreneur for more than twenty years. She is internationally known for her Ascension poem that has been translated around the world. Her writing background provides a strong foundation for creating individualized scripts that help her clients achieve their goals and desires. Her experience with grief counseling for thirty years have taught her the importance of resilience and she shares this with her grief clients. It becomes a powerful session and release for those surviving a loss, a broken heart, or traumatic event.
In a previous life she was a Regional Manager for a Boston Management Consulting company and worked with numerous hospitals and Fortune 100 corporations implementing corporate culture changes for more than 9 years. Her change agent background for large companies helped to land her where she likes to work best—working with individuals who can make change and have great impact on their lives.
